Installation freezes at the Starting screen.
Solution
- Uninstall Kaspersky for Android. For instructions, see Online Help.
If you have Uninstallation protection installed and you don't remember your secret code, recover it first. Then uninstall the application. - Install Kaspersky Internet Security for Android again. See Online Help for instructions.
