How to turn password expiration on or off

Password expiration provides added security for your account. If password expiration is enabled, you will be prompted to change the password automatically every 180 days to increase security of your account.

To turn password expiration on or off:

1. Click the link with your email address in the upper-right corner of the page.

   A drop-down menu opens.

2. Click manage your account.

   This opens a window in which you can edit the account settings.

3. Go to the Password tab.
4. To turn on or turn off password expiration, select or clear the Automatically request password change every 180 days check box accordingly.
5. Enter your password and click Continue.

The changes are saved.
