You can use the following sources of information to research on your own:

  • Application page on the Kaspersky Lab website
  • Application page on the Technical Support website (Knowledge Base)
  • Kaspersky Lab forum
  • Online help

You can choose the most suitable of them, depending on the importance and urgency of your request.

If you cannot find the solution to an issue on your own, you are advised to contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support.

An Internet connection is required to use information sources on the websites.

Application page on the Kaspersky Lab website

On the application page, you can view general information about the application and its functions and features.

The page http://www.kaspersky.com contains a link to the eStore. There you can purchase the application or renew your license.

Application page in the Knowledge Base

Knowledge Base is a section on the Technical Support website.

On the application page in the Knowledge Base, you can read articles that provide useful information, recommendations, and answers to frequently asked questions on how to purchase, install, and use the application.

Articles may provide answers to questions that relate both to Kaspersky Anti-Virus as well as to other Kaspersky Lab applications. Knowledge Base articles can also include Technical Support news.

Discussing Kaspersky Lab applications on the Forum

If your question does not require an immediate answer, you can discuss it with Kaspersky Lab experts and other users at our forum.

The Forum lets you view published articles, leave comments, and create new topics for discussion.

Online help

Online help contains information about how to manage server protection: how to view protection status information, configure protection settings, enable and disable protection components, start a database scan and update anti-virus databases manually.

Help can be included in the distribution kit or located on the Kaspersky Lab web resource. If online help is available, a browser window is opened when online help is accessed. An Internet connection is required to display online help.

To open online help, select the Help tab in the window of the Control Center database.
