To cancel subscription for a mobile application, follow the instructions.
After you disable auto-renewal, the current license will be valid until its expiration date. If you decide to start using the application again, enter the activation code manually using the instructions.
Enter the new activation code only after the current subscription expires.

By order number
You can identify the provider through which you bought your Kaspersky solution by the order number. You can find the order number in the confirmation message sent to your email address after the purchase.
