How to configure and use Safe Money in Kaspersky Internet Security 16 for Mac

The Safe Money component of Kaspersky Internet Security 16 for Mac protects you from data leakage and financial loss when you are using online banking and payment systems.
When you sign in to your online banking profile, Safe Money checks if you are trying to access a genuine online banking or payment system page by comparing the address to the Kaspersky Security Network data.
Kaspersky Internet Security 16 for Mac does not collect or store users' confidential data.
How to add a website to the Safe Money database
- Open Kaspersky Internet Security 16 for Mac.
- Click Safe Money.
- In the Safe Money window, click Preferences.
- Click My Websites.
- Click the "+" (plus) icon in the lower-left part of the window, enter the name of thw website into the field and click Save.
How to use Safe Money
- Make sure Kaspersky URL Advisor extension is turned on in your browser:
Safari
- Run the browser.
- In the OS X menu, select Safari → Preferences.
- In the Preferences window, go to the Extensions tab.
- In the left menu, select Kaspersky URL Advisor.
- In the right frame, make sure the Enable URL Advisor check box is selected.
Google Chrome
- Run the browser.
- In the OS X menu, select Chrome → Preferences.
- Select the Extensions tab.
- Make sure the URL Advisor extension is enabled.
Mozilla Firefox
- Run the browser.
- In the OS X menu, select Tools → Add-ons.
- In the Add-ons Manager window, select the Extensions tab.
- Make sure the URL Advisor extension is enabled.
- If you have just installed or enabled the extension, restart the browser to apply the changes.
- In the address bar of your web browser, type an online banking or a payment system address.
