Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.
By default, Kaspersky Internet Security 18 for Mac automatically checks for updates and then downloads and installs available updates.
You can also update databases manually. You can run an update locally in the interface of Kaspersky Internet Security 18 for Mac on your computer or remotely via My Kaspersky.
