After your application is published in Kaspersky Appicenter, you can update it by adding a new version.
To update a published application:
A list of all added applications is displayed.
For each application, the list shows no more than two versions.
A page with a form for creating a new application version opens, where you can upload the files of the new version and specify information about this version of the application.
The fields in the form are grouped into several sections. You can go to a specific section using the navigation on the right. After you correctly fill in all the required fields in one section, a confirmation icon
appears in the navigation next to the name of this section.
The entered information is saved automatically. While filling out the form, you can also save the entered information without submitting the form by clicking the Save as draft button in order to fill out the form later. This button becomes active when you have filled in at least one field in the form.
The maximum file size is 500 MB. Make sure the application file complies with the requirements and is signed with a private key.
An electronic signature file is created automatically when an application is signed with a private key. An electronic signature is used to confirm the validity of keys. The maximum file size is 1 MB.
All other settings blocks are pre-filled based on the previous version. If necessary, you can also change the information in other fields.
The button becomes active only after you fill in all the required fields in the Application upload section.
The new version of the application will be sent for review. The application status will be indicated in the application list in the Applications section. After the review is complete, you will receive an email with the results.
If the application passes verification, its status will change to Ready for publication. You need to publish the application manually for it to appear in the Kaspersky Appicenter application showcase, Kaspersky Security Center, and on devices running KasperskyOS.
