Sensor administrator menu

The following options are available in the Sensor administrator menu:

Read the End User License Agreement, KSN Statement, Privacy Policy, or information about third-party code:
Legal information → Show EULA

Legal information → Show KSN statement

Legal information → Show privacy policy

Legal information → Third-party code
View the TLS certificate used by the server:
Program settings → Manage server certificate → View certificate info
Apply a previously uploaded TLS certificate:
Program settings → Manage server certificate → Install from file
Generate a new TLS certificate for the server:
Program settings → Manage server certificate → Generate new
Download the TLS certificate used by the server:
Program settings → Manage server certificate → Get current certificate
Select network protocols for receiving mirrored traffic from SPAN ports:
Program settings → Configure traffic capture → Setup capture protocols

By default, receipt of mirrored traffic from SPAN ports is enabled for all network protocols except HTTP2.
Configure traffic capture bandwidth:
Program settings → Configure traffic capture → Traffic capture bandwidth (Mbps)
Resize the file storage:
Program settings → Configure storage → Changing the size of the file storage

If you selected network protocols to get mirrored traffic from SPAN ports, configured the size of file storage or the traffic capture bandwidth on the standalone Sensor before connecting it to the Central Node and want to change these settings after connecting, you need to follow the steps to prepare to changing the settings. After completing the preparation, you can change the settings.
Resize the temporary storage for incoming traffic:
Program settings → Configure storage → Changing the size of the traffic hot ring

This section informs you about the current size of the storage for incoming traffic. The storage size is calculated automatically when you configure the application sizing. We strongly recommend against changing this value.
Limit the size of files sent for scanning to Central Node:
Program settings → Configure object processing → File size limit
Configure the retention period for system logs and detections:
Program settings → Configure storage period for detects and logs → Change storage period
Enable or disable the use of a proxy server:
Program settings → Configure Proxy → Enabled
Enable or disable the use of a proxy server when connecting to local network addresses:
Program settings → Configure Proxy → Local addresses
Configure the network interface:
Network settings → Interface configuration → <network interface> → Configuration type
Сonfigure DNS:
Network settings → DNS resolver configuration
Configure the date and time on the server:
Date and time settings → Now: <date and time> → Change date

Date and time settings → Now: <date and time> → Change time
Change the time zone of the server:
Date and time settings → Configure timezone
Enable or disable synchronization with NTP servers:
Date and time settings → Enable NTP synchronization
Add or remove an NTP server:
Date and time settings → NTP: <N> item(s) → New (add a new NTP server)

Date and time settings → NTP: <N> item(s) → <NTP server> (remove a previously added NTP server)
Change administrator password:
Рasswords → Change the system administrative account password
View server SSH keys:
System administration → Show SSH host keys
Configure SNMP connection:
System administration → SNMPd monitoring settings
Enter Technical Support Mode:
Technical Support Mode
Download system logs or delete previously downloaded logs:
Download system logs → New (download a new system log)

Download system logs → <system log> (delete a previously downloaded system log)
Restart the server:
Reboot the machine
Power off the server:
Power-off the machine
Finish managing the administrator menu and log out:
Logout
