For proper incident investigation by Kaspersky specialists, you may need to provide a debug report. A debug report is generated if you select the Create debug report check box when creating an object execution task.
To download a debug report for the object:
Make sure that Kaspersky Research Sandbox generated a debug report: on the Sandbox page, in the History table, the Download debug report item is available in the Export results drop-down menu for the task.
If a debug report is not generated, you must rescan the object and select the Create debug report check box.
For the required task, select the Download debug report item in the Export results drop-down menu.
