SrvIpmNewsAndStatistics::SendStatistics ( wstring  pwchContentId, params  parOptionalInfo  ) Send IPM statistics. Parameters: [in] pwchContentId - Content id from c_szwContentId [in] parOptionalInfo - Optional parameters (unsupported now)
