CASB services and categories

Parameter 'pParams' of SrvView::ResetIterator method must contain:

• "KLCASB_IETF_LANG" (paramString) Localization. E.g. "en", "en-us", "fr-fr", "ru-ru", "de-de"

KLCASB_SVC_ID	paramInt	Service language-independent ID
KLCASB_SVC_NAME	paramString	Service localized name, language is specified in the context by "KLCASB_IETF_LANG" attribute
KLCASB_SVC_RISKLEVEL	paramInt	Service risk level (rating of the service)
KLCASB_CAT_ID	paramInt	Category language-independent ID
KLCASB_CAT_NAME	paramString	Category localized name, language is specified in the context by "KLCASB_IETF_LANG" attribute
