Checks whether the license key activates the PCloud functionality.
Parameters:
pKeyInfo
(params) License key property container, required. See List of license key properties for the names of the properties. May contain only the "KLLIC_SERIAL" property if the license key is placed in the license key storage.
Returns:
(boolean) true if a license key activates the PCloud functionality; false otherwise.
