HstAccessControl::SetScVServerAcl ( int  nId, params  pAclParams, boolean  bCheckCurrentUserAce  ) Sets ACL for a virtual server. Parameters: nId (int) -1 means the current server ID. Otherwise, the parameter means a virtual server ID. pAclParams (params) ACL. See ACL structure 2. bCheckCurrentUserAce (boolean) if true, then it checks that the user does not reduce his or her rights.
