When creating a network template, you need to configure the orchestrator connection. The connection settings are propagated to all devices that use the template. You will be able to change these settings later, if necessary.
To configure the orchestrator connection in a network template:
Open the System information → Connection to orchestrator section.
In the Orchestrator IP/FQDN field, enter the IP address or FQDN of the orchestrator. The maximum length of the FQDN is 50 characters.
In the Orchestrator port field, enter the port number of the orchestrator. Range of values: 0 to 65 535.
In the Orchestrator protocol field, select the protocol for connecting to the orchestrator:
HTTPS. This is the default setting.
HTTP.
In the Update interval (s) field, enter the period in seconds for sending REST API requests from the device to the orchestrator. Range of values: 5 to 300. The default value is 30.
