Personal user report

In personal reports, admins have access to the same information about training as users do on the training portal and in regular reports from the platform.

To open a personal user report:

1. In the web interface of the application, select the Users section.
2. In the line with the name of the user whose report you want to open, click the icon.

The Personal user report page will open in a new browser tab.

The report contains the following information:

• General tab.
  • User activity group.

    Contains a Daily Activity graph that shows the user's time spent training each day.

  • The Certificates received section.
  • The Revoked certificates section.

• Main Course tab.
  • The Training dynamics section.

    Includes the Skills studied chart that shows the percentage of main course materials studied, as well as information about the performance category and dates of the user's training.

  • The Progress by Unit section.

    Contains a table with theoretical lesson deadlines of the main course, as well as the test results for each training unit.

  • The Recommendations sent by the platform to the user section.
  • The Next scheduled lessons section.
  • The Lessons with the most issues section.

    Contains information about training units of the main course where the user was unable to successfully pass a test or prevent a simulated phishing attack.

• Express tab.
  • The Training dynamics section.

    Includes the Skills studied chart that shows the percentage of express course materials studied, as well as information about the performance category and the scheduled date when the user will complete training.

  • The Progress by Unit section.

    Contains a table with the terms for completing materials, as well as the results of interactive exercises for each express unit.

• The Tests tab.

  Contains information about all the test errors made by users in all training units.

• The History tab.

  Contains information about all user actions, as well as all emails sent to the user by the platform.

  Contains phishing campaign statistics for the selected user.
