To view the history of requests for synchronization with Active Directory, follow these steps:

  1. In the main window of the web interface, select the Users section.
  2. Click Import users.

The Import and synchronization window opens.

  3. Select the SCIM tab.
  4. Click the Synchronization history button.

The Synchronization history table appears in the workspace. The chart contains the following:

  • Full name — the user's name in the application.
  • Email — the user's email.
  • UUID (SCIM) — a unique ID for the account transmitted over the SCIM protocol.
  • Result — the operation result.
  • Errors — errors that occurred during synchronization (if there are no errors, a dash is displayed).
  • Group — the group the user was placed in via automatic group distribution rules.
  • Status – the status assigned to the user after synchronization.
  • Date and time — the date and time the request from Azure AD Provisioning was processed.

You can filter requests by their processing period and operation type using the filters in the toolbar above the table.
