Enabling and disabling SSO in the ASAP web interface

When using single sign-on (SSO) authentication, iOS users can't sign in to ASAP.

To enable SSO technology in the ASAP web interface:

  1. In the web interface, select the Company settings section.
  2. Select the SSO tab.
  3. Enable the SAML slider.

SSO is now enabled. Users will be able to access the training portal via a single link and log in using the identity provider's account. Personalized links from training invites will still remain available.

To disable SSO technology in the ASAP web interface:

  1. In the web interface, select the Company settings section.
  2. Select the SSO tab.
  3. Disable the SAML slider.

SSO is now disabled. Users will be able to access the training portal only via personalized links from training invites.
