In accordance with the Software Quality Certificate of Kaspersky DDoS Protection and the Service Level Agreement for Kaspersky DDoS Protection, the Customer shall do the following to ensure the full level of security:

  • Keep its approved and tested traffic switchover scheme up to date and promptly notify Technical Support of any changes. If a significant amount of changes are made, complete another approval and testing of the traffic connection scheme.
  • Inform Technical Support about its intention to switch over traffic to Scrubbing Centers or to return traffic to its original route (only for "On Demand" mode).
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of contact persons who use an account dashboard.
