Configuring the response timeout of Kaspersky Sandbox and request queue settings

To configure Kaspersky Sandbox's response timeout and the settings of the queue for processing the objects that Kaspersky Endpoint Agent sends to Kaspersky Sandbox:

  1. Expand the Managed devices node in the Kaspersky Security Center Administration Console tree.
  2. Select the administration group for which you want to configure application settings.
  3. Perform one of the following actions in the details pane of the selected administration group:
    • To configure application settings for a group of protected devices, select the Policies tab and open the Properties: <Policy name> window.
    • To configure the settings of a task or application for an individual protected device, select the Devices tab and go to the settings of a local task or the application settings.
  4. In the Kaspersky Sandbox integration section, select the Kaspersky Sandbox advanced settings subsection.
  5. In the Timeout group of settings, specify the maximum Kaspersky Sandbox response timeout.

    The default value is 5 seconds.

  6. In the upper right corner of the settings group, change the switch from Policy not enforced to Under policy.
  7. In the Kaspersky Sandbox requests queue group of settings, in the Queue folder field, specify the path to the folder where information about the requests sent to Kaspersky Sandbox will be stored.

    The default path is %SOYUZAPPDATA%\Sandbox\Queue.

  8. In the Maximum queue size (MB) field, specify the maximum allowed size of the request queue in megabytes.

    The default value is 100 MB.

  9. In the upper right corner of the settings group, change the switch from Policy not enforced to Under policy.
  10. Click OK.
