About Vulnerability Monitor

The Vulnerability Monitor component runs a real-time vulnerability scan of applications that are running on the user's computer and are started by the user. When the Vulnerability Monitor component is enabled, you do not need to start the Vulnerability Scan task. This scan is relevant when a Vulnerability Scan task for applications that are installed on the user's computer has not been performed at all or was performed a long time ago.
