Enable or disable exploit protection

To enable or disable exploit protection:

1. Open the application settings window.
2. In the left part of the window, in the Anti-Virus protection section, select the System Watcher subsection.

   In the right part of the window, the settings of the System Watcher component are displayed.

3. Do one of the following:
   • Select the Enable Exploit Prevention check box if you would like for Kaspersky Endpoint Security to monitor files utilized by vulnerable programs when they launch.

     If Kaspersky Endpoint Security detects that a file in use by a vulnerable program was launched by something other than the user, then it will act in accordance with your selection from the Action on threat detection pop-up list.

   • Select the Enable Exploit Prevention check box if you would like for Kaspersky Endpoint Security to monitor files utilized by vulnerable programs when they launch.
4. To save changes, click the Save button.
