Enabling and disabling Device Control

By default, Device Control is enabled.

To enable or disable Device Control:

1. In the main application window, click the button.
2. In the application settings window, select Security Controls → Device Control.
3. Use the Device Control toggle to enable or disable the component.
4. Save your changes.

As a result, if Device Control is enabled, the application relays information about connected devices to Kaspersky Security Center. You can view the list of connected devices in Kaspersky Security Center in the Advanced → Storage → Hardware folder.
