Important: Kaspersky experts recommend installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security only as described in this help.
You can install Kaspersky Endpoint Security in one of the following ways:
- Locally, from the distribution kit downloaded from the Kaspersky website.
- Remotely using Apple Remote Desktop.
- Remotely via Kaspersky Security Center Administration Console.
- Remotely via Kaspersky Security Center Web Console or Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console.

- Remotely from a PKG file using JAMF.

Note: Before installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security remotely, we recommend that you download the KES_for_macOS11_and_later.zip archive from Kaspersky Technical Support website and apply the KES_for_macOS11_and_later_profile.mobileconfig configuration profile on the client computer using Apple Remote Management tools. This will allow Kaspersky Endpoint Security to get the following: permissions to install the kernel extension and the system extension, full disk access, and permissions to configure network connections.
