Managing tasks and components

By default, the Kaspersky Endpoint Security graphical user interface (GUI) allows you to start and stop the following tasks:

• Virus scan task (Scan my computer)
• Boot sector scan task (Boot sector scan)
• System memory scan task (Memory scan)
• Update task (Update)
• Update retranslation task (Update distribution)
• Rollback task

The Kaspersky Endpoint Security GUI also allows you to enable and disable the following components:

• File Threat Protection
• File Integrity Monitoring
• Firewall Management
• Anti-Cryptor

Also, you can manage your participation in Kaspersky Security Network.
