Automatic grouping of devices based on a specific criterion

This section contains instructions on automatically grouping devices by a specified criterion. You can automatically group devices in the device group tree based on one of the following criteria:

• Affiliation of IP addresses with subnets that are known to the application
• Device categories
• Device vendors

Users with any role except the Operator role can perform automatic grouping of devices.
