Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server supports 2 methods for manual integration with an Exim mail server:

  • After-queue integration via SMTP by rerouting. In this case, all messages that pass through the server go to Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server for scanning after insertion in the Exim mail server queue.
  • Before-queue integration via dlfunc. With before-queue integration, messages go to Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server for scanning before insertion in the Exim mail server queue.
