To integrate Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server with Exim:
- Select the type of integration with the Exim mail server:
- If you want to perform before-queue integration of Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server with Exim using a dynamically loaded library (dlfunc), enter the number

.Make sure that the Exim mail server supports dlfunc-based content filtering. To do so, run the
exim -bV
command.Expand_dlfunc
. - If you want to perform after-queue integration of Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server with Exim via the SMTP protocol using the rerouting method, enter the number

The default option is

(if the Exim mail server supports dlfunc-based content filtering). - If you want to perform before-queue integration of Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server with Exim using a dynamically loaded library (dlfunc), enter the number
- Press ENTER.
- If your choice is 2, do the following:
- Specify the port number where the smtp_proxy filter will listen for messages from the mail server.
The default option is
10025
. - Press ENTER.
- Specify the port number where the message will go after being scanned.
The default option is
10026
. - Press ENTER.
- Specify the port number where the smtp_proxy filter will listen for messages from the mail server.
