A license is a time-limited right to use Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server as granted under the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement (EULA).

The scope of available functionality and application usage duration depend on the license under which the application is used.

The following license types are provided:

  • Trial—Free-of-charge license intended for trying out the application.

A trial license is usually of limited duration. As soon as the license expires, all Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server features are disabled. To continue using the application, you need to purchase a commercial license.

You may use the application under a trial license for only one trial period.

  • A Commercial license is a paid license.

When the commercial license expires, the application stops providing basic functionality. To continue using Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server, you must purchase a commercial license. After the license expires, you may not continue to use the application and must remove the application from your device.

We recommend renewing the license before its expiration date to ensure uninterrupted protection of your device against security threats.
