How to revoke the subscription from a device

If you revoke the subscription from a device, you will not be able to remotely manage its security.

To revoke the subscription from a device:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions tab.
  2. Click on the required subscription.
  3. In the My devices section, click on the device you want to revoke the subscription from.
  4. Open the Installed apps drop-down list.
  5. Click on the menu icon (Properties) next to the required app.
  6. Click Revoke subscription, review the information in the form and click Continue.

Revoking the subscription may take up to 24 hours. The app will work with your account without a subscription. You can send a subscription to your device later.

Some subscriptions can be revoked only by disconnecting an app from your account. To revoke a subscription and disconnect an app from your account, refer to How to disconnect an app from your account.
