Clicking this button opens a menu with the Keywords, Table data; Quotations from documents; Document templates and Special recipientsitems.
Selecting either one of these menu items opens the Category settings window where you can specify the settings of a category of the relevant type and create the category.

List of categories and policies
This is a two-level list, with categories on the first level and categories created on their basis on the second level.
Kaspersky Lab categories are marked with the symbol. Custom categories are marked with the symbol.
Clicking the button located to the left of the category name opens a list of policies created on the basis of this category.
Clicking the name of a category or policy in the right part of the section displays detailed information about this category (policy).
The Policies search section lets you find policies whose scope includes a specific user.
Clicking this button opens a window for selecting a user account from Active Directory. This window lets you select a user account to check if this account falls within the scope of any policies.
Clicking this button causes the application to search for policies and refresh the content of tables.
A table with a list of policies whose scope includes the selected user. The application applies the policies enumerated in the table to messages sent to the selected users.
