How to export task history or results in Kaspersky Security Center

In some cases, Kaspersky technical support may ask you to send the exported logs of task execution and startup in order to troubleshoot an issue with Kaspersky Security Center tasks.
To export the task running history
To export the log of running a task:
- Open Kaspersky Security Center.
- Go to Tasks.
- Select the task from the list and click View results.
- Select the computer where the issue occurs and click Export in the context menu.
- Enter the path and name for the file and click Next.
- Select Export as tab-delimited Unicode text and click Next.
The log will be exported to the file under the name you have specified.
How to export task results
To export task results:
- Open Kaspersky Security Center.
- Go to Tasks.
- Select the task from the list and click View results.
- Choose the managed computer on which the problem occurs.
- In the context menu of the event, click Export.
- Enter the path and name for the file and click Next.
- Select Export as tab-delimited Unicode text and click Next.
The log will be exported to the file under the name you have specified.
