How to get a Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent connector trace file

For troubleshooting issues with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Windows, Kaspersky technical support engineers may request a Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent connector trace file.
To generate a Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent connector trace file:
- Make sure your user account has administrator privileges.
- Enable tracing in Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Windows.
- Restart the Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent service.
- Reproduce the situation that causes the error.
- Disable tracing in Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows.
- Restart the Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent service.
- Save the trace file.
For versions 11.0.0–11.9.0, the trace file is created in the hidden folder %ProgramData%\Kaspersky Lab\KES\Traces.
