How to check iOS MDM performance in Kaspersky Security Center?

Starting with Kaspersky Security Center 12 with patch pf1 and later, new APNs protocol is not supported. For more information, see this article.

To check iOS MDM settings:

  1. Go to Administration serverMobile Device ManagementMobile Device Servers.
  2. In the list of devices, select the required iOS MDM server and open its settings.
  3. Go to the Certificates section.
  4. Make sure the iOS Mobile device server certificate section in the right part of the window has the correct server address.
Make sure the server address is correct
  1. Make sure the iOS MDM server is available from the network where the devices are located: Run the command:
    telnet <your iOS MDM server address> <port>

  1. Make sure connection to iOS MDM server via OpenSSl works correctly. Run the command:
    openssl s_client –connect <your iOS MDM server address>:<port>

  1. Check the availability of port 2197 on the device with iOS MDM server installed. Run the command:
