Notes on using Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection with mail clients
Some Internet service providers block connection to their mail servers via VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology or require reconfiguration of connection settings to receive mail correctly.
If you enabled VPN connection in Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, you may experience some errors when receiving or sending mail via a mail client, for example, Outlook. In this case, contact your mail provider for details on VPN operation.
As a temporary solution, we recommend disabling VPN connection in Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection while using the mail client.
