Using a dictionary in a condition

You can use dictionaries in Content Filtering conditions. Using dictionaries saves time when entering condition values and allows reusing value list templates. For example, you can fill a dictionary with a list of forbidden word that you want to look for in the body and subject of the message.

To use a dictionary in a Content Filtering condition, make sure that the dictionary is created, then open or create the relevant Content Filtering condition, and in search values selection area on the Dictionaries tab, in the All list, select check boxes next to the dictionaries that contain the required set of values. In the Selected list, you can see dictionaries that are already used in the condition.

To stop using a dictionary in the condition, clear the check box next to the name of the dictionary in condition settings on the Dictionaries tab.
