How to enter Technical Support Mode in Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway

To enter Technical Support Mode in Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway:
  1. Open the Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway console on the virtual machine or connect to it via SSH.
  2. Go to Technical Support Mode.
  1. Enter the administrator password and click Ok.
  1. Click Yes.
