Enabling RDP connection for Kaspersky Thin Client in Windows

Before connecting Kaspersky Thin Client to a remote computer via RDP, make sure that the Remote Desktop option is enabled on the computer. See the instructions for Windows 10 on the Microsoft website.

How to enable Remote Desktop in Windows Server 2019 and 2016

  1. Open Server Manager.
  2. Go to Local Server. Find the Remote Desktop parameter and click Disabled.

  1. Go to the Remote tab and select the Allow remote connections to this computer checkbox.
  2. Click OK.
