Limitations of Kaspersky Total Security 19 in the OOBE mode after upgrade to Windows 10

After you upgrade to Windows 10 and run adaptation, Kaspersky Total Security components and processes may not start immediately. They cannot start until you finish the OOBE (Out Of Box Experience) wizard.
