Duration 2 days

This course is devoted to Kaspersky Security for Windows Server, why it is necessary, which tasks it can solve and what makes it different from Kaspersky Endpoint Security.

We position Kaspersky Security for Windows Server as a solution for Windows server protection in large corporate networks. In addition to the standard anti-malware protection, the product features unique server protection capabilities, which will be appreciated by administrators of various companies from SMB to Enterprise.

The training describes the actions to be taken by the administrator step by step to successfully deploy and configure the product in a corporate network. Special attention is paid to configuring Kaspersky Security for Windows Server to solve specific tasks, for example, anti-cryptor protection or use of Application Launch Control.

The labs simulate real-world situations. The administrator manages the whole infrastructure from the workstation through the Kaspersky Security Center Administration Console and Kaspersky Security Console. Almost every “How to” described in the theoretical part of the course is accompanied by a lab where you can put your knowledge intopractice and get a real feel for how the product would perform.
