A Markup is a set of time intervals specified for Tags according to certain rules. Markups are used to generate learning indicators and inference of the ML model. Markups that form part of learning indicators define the data time intervals from which the ML model takes data for training. Markups that form part of inference indicators define the time intervals during which the ML model performs the inference.

Markup is a functional element of the hierarchical structure. Markups can be imported into Kaspersky MLAD together with an ML model, or they can be manually created.
