Due to the introduction of new customer service systems, the Personal Cabinet has been closed.

To create new requests to Kaspersky Lab, please register in a customer service system of your choice:

  • CompanyAccount, if you are using products and services for enterprise networks, for example, Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows or Kaspersky Security Center;
  • My Account, if you are using consumer products or small business solutions, for example, Kaspersky Internet Security or Kaspersky Small Office Security.

To access the history of your requests that have been submitted on or after March 1, 2011, create a request in a new system. Choose a form titled CompanyAccount Question / Request to Technical Support. Specify the Customer number and the email address from your Personal Cabinet profile.
