How to find out protection is disabled in Kaspersky Internet Security 18 for Mac:
- The application icon is inactive
. - The security indicator is red.
How to enable or disable protection from the macOS menu
Click on the application icon in the macOS menu bar and select Turn protection On or Turn protection Off.

- Click Turn on in the notification.
How to enable or disable protection in the preferences window
- Open the Preferences window in Kaspersky Internet Security 18 for Mac. If you are not sure how to open the Preferences window, see this guide.
- On the Protection tab, select or clear the Enable protectioncheck box.
How to enable protection remotely via My Kaspersky
- Sign in to My Kaspersky.
- On the Main tab, select Devices.
- Select your device.
- Click Turn on in the notification.
