Limitations of Kaspersky Internet Security 19 in the OOBE mode after upgrade to Windows 10

After you upgrade to Windows 10 and run adaptation, Kaspersky Internet Security components and processes may not start immediately. They cannot start until you finish the OOBE (Out Of Box Experience) wizard.
