How to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.5 for Proxy Server on CentOS and RHEL 7.2
- Install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.5 for Proxy Server using the command:
rpm -i kav4proxy-XXX.rpm
- Follow the instructions from the Administrator Guide.
In some cases, you may experience problems with running the kav4proxy service caused by the new systemd.
To fix the problem, do either of the options below:
- Update systemd.
- Or make a hard link to /etc/init.d/ :
cd /etc/init.d
ln /opt/kaspersky/kav4proxy/lib/bin/kav4proxy kav4proxy.service
rm kav4proxy
mv kav4proxy.service kav4proxy
To run Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.5 for Proxy Server on the 64-bit version of СentOS and RHEL, the glibc.i686 library is required.

- Install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.5 for Proxy Server using the command:
dpkg -i kav4proxy_XXX.dpkg
- Follow the instructions from the Administrator Guide.
