When auto-renewal is turned on, a subscription automatically renews before it expires to ensure uninterrupted protection for all your devices. You will be charged a renewal fee — we will remind you about the upcoming payment beforehand via email. You select whether to use auto-renewal or to pay manually when you initially purchase your subscription.

You can manage subscription auto-renewal only for active subscriptions.

You can purchase a subscription using your My Kaspersky account or using one of these service providers – Nexway, Digital River, 2Checkout or Allsoft. The way to turn off subscription auto-renewal depends on the site where you purchased your subscription. If it was your My Kaspersky account, you can turn off auto-renewal any time in the Subscriptions section as described below.

If you purchased a subscription through your internet service provider, you can manage your subscription in your account settings on your service provider's website or by contacting the support service of your service provider.

How to identify your service provider

Nexway

If your service provider is Nexway, the way to turn off subscription auto-renewal depends on Kaspersky application for which you want to disable auto-renewal. For Kaspersky Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium, or Kaspersky Security Cloud, you can use your My Kaspersky account and turn off auto-renewal in the Subscriptions section as described below. For other applications, you should use your Nexway account, see this instruction for details.

Digital River

If your service provider is Digital River, you can turn off subscription auto-renewal from your account at service provider website, see this instruction for details.
