To configure a custom DNS over HTTPS server:
- Open the main application window.
- In the main application window, click the button.
- Select Settings → Custom DNS.
- Click the Settings button.
This opens the Custom DNS window.
- Switch the Use custom DNS over HTTPS server toggle to On.
To set up a DNS over HTTPS server, you need to turn off VPN.
- Specify the address of the DNS over HTTPS server and click the Save button.
Examples of DNS over HTTPS servers:
- Google: https://dns.google/dns-query
- Cloud Flare: https://cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query
- AdGuard (with filtering): https://dns.adguard.com/dns-query
The terms of service are determined by the service provider. The user takes responsibility for using the service provided by a particular DNS server.
