How to cancel the invitation to share protection

You can cancel the invitation before the user accepts it. If the user has already accepted the invitation, you can revoke the subscription from the user.

To cancel the invitation:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions section.
  2. In the product subscription panel, click the Users button.
  3. Click the button with the name of the user for whom you want to cancel the invitation.

  4. Click the Cancel invitation link.

    The confirmation dialog opens.

  5. Confirm the operation.

The invitation is canceled. The user will not be able to use protection under shared subscription. You will be able to resend the sharing invitation to the user.
