You can make apps available even when a device is blocked due to a device time limit. This feature is available on Android devices only.

To allow apps on the blocked device:

  1. Go to the Kids section.
  2. Select the profile of the child.
  3. Go to the Device use subsection.
  4. Click the Settings button.
  5. Make sure that the Device use toggle switch is on. If the toggle switch is off, flip it on.
  6. Select a child's device.
  7. In the lower part of the device information block, in the Apps available when the device is blocked section, click Select apps.
  8. For apps to which you want to allow access when the device is blocked, select the corresponding Available on blocked device check boxes.
  9. Click the Save button.

Within a few minutes, the new settings are applied on the child's devices if they are connected to the Internet. When the device is blocked due to a device time limit, the selected apps will still be available according to the specific application settings. Usage information of the selected apps will be displayed in the application usage reports but will not affect the device usage reports.
