You may not be able to use your Kaspersky subscription, or the apps from the subscription shared with you, if the subscription is region-specific and your account is registered in a specific region. For example you can't use Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection, if your account is registered in China or India. For more details see Regional restrictions.

If someone has shared a subscription with you, you will see it in your My Kaspersky account. But you not always can use all the apps and services that this subscription provides. This might be because the owner of this subscription has already used the available device slots in it. Limitations also apply to the Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection service – it can be used only under the owner’s account and can’t be shared across other accounts.

If you are a subscription owner and the download of the VPN app isn’t available, you may have mistakenly registered the VPN service to a different account earlier. To get it back to your account contact our Customer Service that will help you with it.
