Troubleshooting
This section provides information to help you solve problems you might encounter when using Kaspersky Transforms for Maltego.
Error: 600 Invalid token
The API token is not valid.
To solve this problem:
- If you are using a Demo license for Kaspersky Transforms for Maltego, see section "Managing an API token" in Kaspersky Open Threat Intelligence Portal online help.
- If you are using a Commercial license, contact Kaspersky at intelligence@kaspersky.com and follow the instructions of the Technical Account Managers.
Error: 601 Demo limit exceeded
A Demo license for Kaspersky Transforms for Maltego allows you to perform 25 transforms for the whole duration of the license, not including the get*Info transforms.
You can continue using a Demo license for the get*Info transforms or contact Kaspersky at intelligence@kaspersky.com to purchase a commercial license.

602 Daily limit exceeded
A Demo license for Kaspersky Transforms for Maltego allows you to perform 200 get*Info transforms per day.
You can continue performing the get*Info transforms the next day. You can also contact Kaspersky at intelligence@kaspersky.com to purchase a Commercial license.

603 Daily demo limit exceeded
The number of the get*Info transforms performed by the Demo license users is limited. You may encounter this error even if you have not exceeded the limit of 200 transforms per day yet.
You can continue performing the get*Info transforms the next day. You can also contact Kaspersky at intelligence@kaspersky.com to purchase a Commercial license.
604 Daily limit exceeded
A Commercial license for Kaspersky Transforms for Maltego allows you to perform a limited number of transforms per day.
You can continue performing transforms the next day. You can also contact Kaspersky at intelligence@kaspersky.com to increase the allowed number of requests.
620 Internal error
Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal did not respond or its response is not valid.
Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact Kaspersky at intelligence@kaspersky.com for technical support.
610 Invalid request
The Transform Distribution Server could not process the request.
If the problem persists, contact Maltego Support.
651 Terms and Conditions are not accepted
Commercial license users must accept the Terms and Conditions and the Statement About Data Provision to use Kaspersky Transforms for Maltego.
Please sign in to Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal to read and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Statement About Data Provision.
